Pelvic Floor Workshop feedback:
"I have worked daily for 3 months on skills I learned from your workshop and was shocked when my Husband asked what I was doing 'down there'! It really works!"
"My workout is back to a dynamic place without leakage after reconnecting my Pelvic FLoor! I am so grateful!"
"I did not know that I could have Pelvic muscle tension AND atrophy at the same time. I am well on my way to recovery now."
"I have found that the only way to live outside of sciatic pain and into the life of service that I wish for my friends and work is to do the Yoga routine I learned with Jessica, everyday! Before this I was debilitated to incredible pain and frustration with less patience and energy."
